A person with a current real estate license who does not actively list or sell properties but maintains their license through WEICHERT® Referral Associates Company.
 WEICHERT, REALTORS® - The Franzese Group provides an alternative program for real estate salespeople who do not wish to make a full-time commitment to business. WEICHERT® Referral Associates, is for those individuals who presently hold or can obtain a valid real estate salesman’s or broker’s license, and are interested in earning additional income through the referral of prospective customers.
What are the Benefits?
As a WEICHERT® referral associate you can generate a stream of income by staying aware of the real estate need of your family, friends, and neighbors. When someone you know needs a real estate agent to sell their home or bein looking for a new one, offer to refer them.
All it takes is aphone call! You may call your leads into WEICHERT® Referral Associates, or you may call your referral directy to a sales associate you enjpy working with.
When the referred listing sells or that referred buyer purchases, YOU can earn a fee. If you refer both buying and selling sides, you can double your referral fee!
How much does a WEICHERT® referral associate earn?
Referral fees are based upon the actual sales commission produced by the referral. For successful referrals to any of WEICHERT, REALTORS® over 17,000 real estate agents, referral fees typically range from several hundred dollars to several thousand dollars for the sale of a luxury home. WEICHERT® referral associates can also earn fees for referras anywhere in the U.S. or abroad through our network of leading real estate brokers.
